I started Northworks because I know how much financial and administrative friction small business owners carry every day. When the books are behind, processes are disorganized, or the financial side of the business is taking too much attention, it pulls time and energy away from the work that actually grows the business. My goal is to take that burden off the owner’s plate and bring order, consistency, and clarity to the back office.

My background is in accounting, bookkeeping, and business operations, with experience supporting small businesses in practical, hands-on ways. I’m comfortable stepping into messy books, cleaning up what is not working, and building a reliable process going forward. That includes ongoing bookkeeping, catch-up and cleanup work, QuickBooks support, ecommerce bookkeeping, and higher-level financial support when a business needs more than basic monthly maintenance.

I work best with business owners who want a dependable partner on the financial operations side of the business—someone who can keep the books clean, help reduce friction, and create a stronger foundation behind the scenes. For some clients, that starts with basic bookkeeping. For others, it grows into broader support over time as the business becomes more complex.

I also bring familiarity with Vermont’s cannabis industry and understand that some businesses need support that goes beyond standard bookkeeping, especially when compliance, reporting, and industry-specific challenges are involved.
